B2B Expansion Strategies

  • In the summer of 2021, I led the initiative to expand our product offerings and sales channels and partnered with Sak’s Fifth Avenue to come up with an exclusive collection. 

    Our conversations begin in August, and I was able to design, source and execute on a full cut & sew apparel line, and a collection of headcovers for the partnership for a January launch.

    The outcome was a 70%+ sell through of all items in the first day, as one of the most successful launches of a new brand at Sak’s Fifth Avenue. 

    I successfully spearheaded, managed and executed the entire process from sell-in to sell through which included all back-office, design, packaging, vendor compliance, and fulfillment operations. 

  • In an effort to diversify the company growth strategies and to get as many core customers to know and understand the brand. I piloted and expanded our B2B green grass business by targeting the top country clubs, private clubs, and select brands. 

    We offered bespoke designs and offerings to build a $1MM+ business in the first 12 months. 

  • We developed our own unique take on licensing by utilizing innovation, creativity and doing things the “Swag” way.

    I was able to lead the efforts to improve our operating timelines to allow collaborative iterations to these ideas to make the licensing entities comfortable with our approach.

    These products and brands helped strategically sell into Golf Galaxy and Dick's Sporting Goods.
