Partnered with the founders and president of the company to redesign the organization from a primarily B2B business into a new omni-channel business by scaling D2C and eCommerce channels along-side international growth in Europe and Asia. 

Key Achievements

  • Deployed a new operating platform and re-designed supply chain procedures to increase manufacturing capacity for custom and high end putters by 4X, redefined product item management practices, and scaled eCommerce and DTC revenue by 500+%.

  • Transformed eCommerce practices by establishing headcover, apparel and accessories as a viable business category, reducing friction and steps to checkout, maintaining close to 100% sell-through rates on limited edition drops. 

  • Transformed manufacturing capabilities and sales capabilities that delivered overall growth that resulted in the first ever in stock inventory position on core products and last-point-of-differentiation inventory allowing on-time delivery of products during peak seasons. 

  • Lead creative design and product engineering to develop new products and leading to sponsored athletes winning the 2018 Open Championships and multiple other PGA and LPGA tour events. 

  • Scaled international growth by doubling the Japanese business and expanding international distribution to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China and Korea in a systematic and strategic timeline that allows for maximized growth with capabilities to design and develop SMU’s for each region.
